The sports law team, as one of the very few in Poland, provides support through its work to both small and large sports clubs, Polish sports associations, as well as coaches and players, who increasingly need specialized legal assistance in the rapidly developing field of sports law.

Marek Pałus
In the Law Firm, legal advisor Marek Palus is responsible for the issues of sports law, the law of associations and foundations, capital investments and commercial law.

Chairman of the Appeals Panel of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA) in Geneva. Vice Chairman of the Disciplinary Board of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) in Zurich. Lecturer at Kozminski University in Warsaw (head of the Sports Law Module) at the FIFA/CIES Sports Management Study.
He has many years of experience in sports, in Poland and internationally, both in the field of legal advice and management, which provides him with in-depth knowledge of the realities of the operation of sports entities.
Tomasz Babiński
Legal Advisor Tomasz Babinski provides comprehensive legal services to the Law Firm's business Clients, especially in the area of formation of commercial law companies, their merger, division, transformation, as well as service for property owners (property management, service for housing cooperatives). He has experience in dealing with companies involved in investment processes in the construction industry (design and construction companies, developers), servicing employment agencies as well as educational units and cultural institutions.
